archival/inventory tools - how do you track everything you own?

Airtable: I don't personally use this but many librarian friends do. I would add to make sure any tool you pick allows you to export the data in human and machine readable formats, so you don't lose anything. If you plan for migration up front, you'll always have your personal archive.
