best pillow for deep sleep?

Question

Vicky · Answer

Coyuchi Turiya Pillow: It's an ergonomic pillow that's ideal for side and/or back sleepers. There's an indentation for your head when you're on your back and for your ears when you're on your side. It's also made from 100% natural materials (100% GOLS certified organic latex - P.S. did you know latex is 100% natural? It's the sap that comes from rubber trees - similar to maple syrup from maple trees)

Trance Frendz: really love this collaborative improvisational piano album from Ólafur Arnalds + Nils Frahm

both multitalented emotive instrumentalists.
and amazing to see live. would recommend that.

took my friend to see Ólafur during a time when they were working themselves and their relationship to the bare bone. they told me it was the most introspective they've been at a concert.

lol welcome to your life again, playboi.

he closed his set with this beautiful song for his grandma and spoke of watching the stars with her as a child + the importance of reducing our impact on nature.

which i'd also recommend.

can listen to all these songs on repeat and let thoughts flow with them.

sometimes i picture the future.
sometimes the past.
sometimes tonal lights appearing~disappearing.
