as someone who has NEVER been able to motivate myself to consistently work out from home, i agree! i think that's it - its the not having to decide WHICH workout to do, i just look at the day and do what i'm told! the less mental labour the better. works well for my adhd brain!
i started with team define which i enjoyed too, but i seem to align more with / be more motivated by the style of team flourish. it's totally whatever just clicks for your brain and body though hey! i'm happy you're loving it too 🥰

I keep telling everyone about it and even got my lacrosse bro coworker to join 🫶”

“thank you @Maddy Franklin for this rec! my ageing body has been craving strength workouts but the thought of entering a gym and being perceived is not my vibe and so it's cool i can do lots of these workouts from home! it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket & you can sync up your music too. my sleep is already better! and somehow my menstrual cycle is less debilitating?? is anyone else”

Progressive overload program where you choose a coach based on your goals / gym setup and then get weekly programming through the app. Removes decision fatigue!! And the UI/UX is pretty good. (Re: the coaches, I like Kelly Matthews & L”
