Im a very warm sleeper and the Bedjet has saved me. It’s my favorite purchase ever like I’m actually shocked I hadn’t thought to rec it yet. It’s not cheap but so worth the investment.
It’s a cooling system with a fan that blows air into a top sheet on your bed. You control the temp (has both cold and hot) and the fan speed. I keep it on the coldest temp and lower speed all night.
I also love blasting the heat for a few mins before slipping into bed during the winter! The coziest.
