Rincón Tropics

This family farm in Carpinteria, CA grows and ships the most beautiful and special fruits, which is a lifeline to us on the East Coast who have only apples and pears for months on end. I just ordered some passion fruit. Nick, the farmer, is wonderful.

You recommend these, Deb Perlman recommends these, and Rose (my fave weed company) makes edibles with the fruit. I think I finally need to bite the bullet and order them this year!

Sending a box of their passionfruit to cold weather friends is the greatest gift a gal can give!

Oo this seems like a perfect gift to send to a corporate climate on the East Coast this holiday!

“YES! I am obsessed with getting a box of Rincón tropics every year. They are PERFECT, they are source. Opening the box is like opening a box of dinosaur eggs. Last year I got too excited and eat 50 in a row and then was worried I might have poisoned myself. Nevertheless she persisted. Didn’t you write about this farmer @Hannah once? 💯💯”
