Sierra Lash

i worked with sierra, an integrative psychospiritual coach, for a while before transitioning to in-person therapy which i ultimately needed to prioritize financially. highly highly recommend. her about blurb below, for context:

“integrative psychospiritual coaching bridges transformational life coaching, spiritual guidance, holistic health and wellness advisement, and therapy-esque support. often we want to feel better, make changes in our lives, and bring forth our deepest desires, yet something unknown or seemingly insurmountable stands in the way. the roots of our discontentments lie in deep introspective work and cultural examination, and no two persons backgrounds, experiences, and needs are ever the exact same or demand the same approach on the healing journey.

drawing on numerous tools and resources from many teachers, systems, modalities, and schools of thought, i work with you to address and alleviate what blocks you so that we can ask and answer the big questions: who am i? what do i want and need? what am i here to do in this life?

i work with folks all over the world to traverse the known and unknown realms, process and learn together, and develop their toolkits for life. i would be honored to work with you.”
