Haven’t listened to the audiobook but I found the story very very inspiring. It gets pretty intense (so may not be your vibe right now) and I frankly started out somewhat skeptical, but I like memoir format most of all and was pretty curious - then ultimately found this one lovely in a profound and unforgettable way.
Side note: if you’re into weird and wacky deep-dives, highly recommend watching the first two of Louis Theroux’s WBC profiles beforehand (save the third for after reading, chronologically).
