Another vote for Ladder. Somehow I like it better because they aren’t fully recorded workouts, it’s just a weekly workout plan with audio prompts and then demo loops of the moves. I’m on Team Movewell with Coach Nicole and have really been liking it. No “rah rah” pump up steroid talk.

“thank you @Maddy Franklin for this rec! my ageing body has been craving strength workouts but the thought of entering a gym and being perceived is not my vibe and so it's cool i can do lots of these workouts from home! it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket & you can sync up your music too. my sleep is already better! and somehow my menstrual cycle is less debilitating?? is anyone else”

Progressive overload program where you choose a coach based on your goals / gym setup and then get weekly programming through the app. Removes decision fatigue!! And the UI/UX is pretty good.
