Tell me your favorite comedy films! Which ones made YOU do a spit take from laughing so hard? I want my cheeks and sides to hurt with the humor. Can be childish or raunchy, or anything in between. Goes without saying but plz skip the ones with cheap “jokes” that lead with racism, fatphobia etc.

If you've never had the pleasure of watching this: whoo, I'm so jealous you get to experience this for the first time. I know it's based on a board game, but it just transcends its origin. Some epic lines delivered by comedy greats (e.g. Madeline Kahn especially), and the ending is just fabulous.

“If you haven’t seen and/or don’t love this movie, I’m not so silently judging you. I watched and loved this as a kid way before I got all of the jokes, and gods bless cable, because after watching it dozens of times I’m still noticing tiny laughs I missed. An absolutely BANGER cast of heavy hitters, including Tim-MF’ing-Curry, with no less than THREE (official) endings. Literally ENDLESSLY quotabl”
