Vin d’orange

It’s a process I learned, via @Samin inspiration(!) —to make a batch of this beautifully citrusy sweet concoction— but it can be done, and it’s impressive to guests, makes a gorgeous gift and worth the effort. This is for you if you’re the kind of hobbyist who likes to torture yourself/experiment with fermentation and procuring ingredients (like Seville oranges from across the country), and testing bottling gadgets etc. Start your journey tomorrow, and you’ll be sipping this sangria/Lillet type...
