two fabulous, staunch, codependent, narcissistic women talk over each other the whole time in a dilapidated mansion in the Hamptons. The Maysles observe these two with such a keen eye. Great editing and many shots of cute kitties.

Have you seen the doc That summer? It takes place before Grey gardens in filmed, and is centered around Lee Radziwill and contemporary artist types. If you just want more big & little Edie
If you haven't seen Salesman, I'd recommend that one. I actually found Grey Gardens sort of mean-spirited.
