Lovesac!!
Lovesac is most famous for their modular (made up of separate pieces that lock together) couches, but they also recently launched a line of small-space couches that are more traditional/less configurable. We've had ours for 7 years, it's held up spectacularly and is easy to clean. Covers come off completely and can get tossed in the washing machine. It's the best way to get a couch that is exactly what you want, in my opinion.

“It’s so easy to put together and reconfigure! A lil spendy, but we love our LoveSac “sactional” (and it’s machine-washable!).”

“This modular couch system lets you customize to your space, including adding a recliner. Super soft and comfy, and easy to clean; a Chom Chom roller gets most of the daily pet hair, and the covers come off each piece individually for washing. You can also replace individual components if something really disastrous happens. We've had our set for nearly two years and all members of the household -”
