Favorite apartment-sized sofas? We’re looking for something about 74”, ideally with a matching ottoman in lieu of a sectional. Comfort and easy to clean/wash are my priorities!

Lovesac!!: Lovesac is most famous for their modular (made up of separate pieces that lock together) couches, but they also recently launched a line of small-space couches that are more traditional/less configurable. We've had ours for 7 years, it's held up spectacularly and is easy to clean. Covers come off completely and can get tossed in the washing machine. It's the best way to get a couch that is exactly what you want, in my opinion.
