Louisville Jerky Co!

Anything with a combo of protein AND fiber will help keep you feeling good to the end of your day.

My holy grail is Louisville Jerky Co. They're a vegan jerky company that actually tastes good and has enough fiber I don't feel cruddy eating it. The flavors are amazing, my favorite right now is Pepperoni Pizza!

I also love any combo of nuts (esp if they come pre-portioned to make sure I don't mindlessly eat), especially because there's so many flavors easily available.
