Yoga in the sun

This is Jasper. I think this is his shavasana pose? If you’re a work from home girlie like me, it’s nice to carve out some time when the sun is shining through the window and stretch.

I love yin yoga because it’s slower than flow and I have time to find a comfortable position.

Couldn’t find a link to my yoga mat but I found something similar. Mine is reversible and good for bad knees.
