Aromatherapy to calm the mind

My go-to aromatherapy kit. They have a wide range of essential oils and I bought a stand to hold the ones I use the most.

Anxiety Aid is my favourite oil because it has a beautiful scent and helps calm me on those days when I’m feeling really unsettled. They also have a great collection for babies and children.

The diffuser is wireless and portable but I also have another diffuser on my nightstand.
