We didn’t get my ring from VRAI but we went to their SF showroom (they also have an LA one) and they were so helpful for getting ideas and, most importantly, seeing different shapes and sizes on your hand. If you go the lab grown route, you have SO much flexibility with size and clarity at a reasonable price point, such that you actually have to make sure you’re not going too big for what looks good on your hand. Once we knew what size and shape was right for me, we designed the ring elsewhere but had way more flexibility with who we used because we had the center stone details already in mind. They were also WAY more friendly than the people at Tiffany’s which my parents recommended as a starting place for a classic experience, but there was a bit of snootiness that we didn’t vibe with there. Not so at VRAI!
