Heating Pad

Any old one will do! A friend just introduced me to these and it’s such a nice addition to my migraine survival kit. Great for loosening up my neck when it starts getting tight and keeps me warm at work when I forget a sweater. Relatively cheap and simple! Perfect for cozy season!
