TV: Rivals
Recommended by Cally
Two long-time rivals in the TV industry in 1980s England. It's campy but thoughtful, dramatic but funny, and shit constantly hits the fan. Super entertaining, and kinda sexy?

Hulu! David Tennant is raucous and insane.

“Funny + sexy + just the right amount of melodrama. These shows usually aren’t my cup of tea, but the writing is so good and the characters are so delightfully awful I couldn’t look away. The perfect summer binge. Fellow depressos, this will hit without ruining your life.”

“Starts getting really good at episode 4, then you’ll binge the rest of the season.”
