Digger

This movie is a masterpiece. Pitch perfect satire, detailed artistry, layered performances and levels of messaging rarely seen in movies today. The fact that almost every critic has panned it speaks more to the state of popular culture, and less about the movie itself. We live in an image obsessed world, lulled into acceptance of a glaring climate catastrophe, overwhelmed by inconvenient truths. Speaking about myself here, too. But art’s not always supposed to hold your hand and make you feel ok. Especially, and most importantly, when it comes to inconvenient truths.
