Monster, She Wrote: The Women Who Pioneered Horror & Speculative Fiction by Lisa Kroger

This book is part encyclopedia and part guide and ALL INTERESTING. Maybe not the thing you sit down to read cover to cover in one sitting but definitely the book you come back to again and again. Women have always been making horror since the very beginning and this book proves it.
