The joy of a new ring for no reason

I finished speaking at a work conference on a gorgeous, sunny Tuesday in Boston — my first time to the city. As I’m strolling back to my hotel to change into comfier clothes (and rip a few eps of Forensic Files), I spy a little sidewalk sale of pottery and jewelry, outside of Rainbows Pottery Studio. I said yes to this chunky sterling guy & it’s been bringing me a lot of joy. Spontaneous jewelry purchases do that sometimes.
