It probably seems silly to wax poetic about a cracker - but if you’ve tried these, you get it. We’re OBSESSED! A go-to shop snack, these are so craggily, light, and airy. A firm texture without being flimsy. Snappy and crunchy. They’re sourdough crackers that actually taste like sour dough. The crumbs in the bottom of the bag (if you aren’t digging them out) make for great lil’ crispies on a salad.
