Artichoke for dip dinner, excitement-worthy noodle soups, and simpler, throw-together recipes to inspire couch dinners or dinner parties. Katherine, our founder, organized the book by season, making it easy to navigate and jump straight into fall-appropriate dishes.
You can easily scale recipes up for larger gatherings, too. I’m particularly fond of the blondie-brownies that are “oh my god” level good. I was asked to make these for a dinner party this weekend, actually!
Other recipes I love are the amaro sheet cake, party mix, marinated olives, chicken milanese (our covergirl!), and the corn salad.
It’s a damn fine cookbook that I’m so often reaching for. My copy is stained, dog-eared, and well-loved for a reason.
Plus, any cookbook that advocates for artichoke dip as dinner is a winner to me :)
