Looking for tattoo artist recommendations! I've been wanting to do a trio of moon phases. I really want something with great line work, minimal, but still organic and maybe a little art nouveau. Weird and witchy is always a plus. Portland would be awesome, open to Seattle and LA. NYC could be an option too. Thanks!!
