Friends, do you have any non-medicine things that help with headaches and migraines? Anything, please! At this point if you told me to start sleeping like a hanging bat I’d do it 🦇
My headaches hate to see this coming. It doesn't always fully resolve a bad migraine, but it gently relieves some of the tension.
