Lisa Eldridge Seamless Glide Eye Pencil in Ground Coffee

I’ve haven’t used this on my waterline but I have this color and it’s a a nice, deep neutral brown. I’ve also heard good things about Victoria Beckham’s eyeliners but I haven’t tried.
