The House of the Devil (2009)

Is it weird that I have a comfort horror movie and it’s The House of the Devil? Love the mood of this one, a real horror throwback feel with the perfect tension. I watch it almost every fall.

Film, TV, etc.

A friend showed me this not long after it came out and I’ve been a massive Ti West fan ever since. A perfect love letter to 80’s horror. Satanic Panic! Scared babysitter! A perfect dance sequence to The Fixx! Bonus points for Greta Gerwig’s feathered hair.
