This is such a great idea! I recommend a small tweak though - I recently learned that sunscreen goes bad if it’s kept in a warm place, like a car on a hot day. I think it would be more effective to keep it in your bag so that it’s brought back into your cooler home after driving to prevent it from getting ruined. But you could totally still apply it at red lights :)

Ooh, good looking out. When you say “go bad,” do you mean it just stops being effective? Or it starts smelling bad or something? I’m going to look this up too — let me know if you have specific links!

Oh I didn’t even think of that! I meant that it loses efficacy. But it sounds like one sign that it’s not good anymore is that it can start to smell. So potentially both!
