These perfect mochi rice crackers

For a while there, every time I went to Mitsuwa or Tokyo Central, I would try a new rice cracker until I worked my way through the whole aisle. Unfortunately for me, I waited a long time before these made it to the top of the queue because they didn't look as exciting as as some of the other options. I was wrong and immediately stood corrected. They are airy and light but also satisfying, crisp but also soft, salty but not overpoweringly so. They are the perfect snack.
