Making personal pan sized versions of anything
Brownies for one? Snack sized apple crisp? Single portion of cottage pie? It can take some experimentation but once you get it right it's a great system!
I like using souper cubes to make portions to fit in my little mini pans and then I keep a bunch of "gifts to my future self" in the freezer ready to go!

Yes! A lovely suggestion. The ikea glassware tubbies are great for this, albeit not as cute as that darling Staub. Because the borosilicate glass is heat and cold friendly you can bake directly in them and then move them to the freezer and then to a lunchbox without needing to decant. I remember doing some deep dive research into dimensions and there's some good unadvertised soupercube to ikea tubby compatibility.
