🎂 B-Day Party Idea: (Gently) make all your friends take the Strengths Finder assessment and discuss it.

They will think you are kidding and they might even try to talk you out of it with an "Are you sure you don't want to do something more fun for your birthday?"....But stay strong because it will be a very fun party party.

If you've ever worked in corporate job, there's a chance you had to take the Gallup Strengths Finder assessment and discuss what your top strengths are with coworkers which is decidedly NOT a party.

But get a group of people together who already know and love each other and have them discuss what makes them unique and good at stuff in very specific ways, and lovely things happen.

Plus, there's already a built-in party color scheme...you can do themed snacks...and if you have a friend who is a certified Strengths Coach who can look at your results it's kind of like a tarot reading, but not at all. 😂

Honestly, it's been my most memorable birthday party yet and I don't know where to go from here now. Ideas for what I should do next year are welcome in the comments!!
