the best cashews i've ever tasted!!

I was so skeptical of fermented nuts but then I saw these at lazy acres after a hike and I have fallen deeply in love.They're super crunchy. weirdly a little bit sour almost like sourdough, and the perfect flavor. Normal cashews are now flavorless to me
