What are your favorite cookbooks? I love getting a giant stack from the library to flip through, try out some recipes, take photos. Buying the ones I know I’ll use feels like a justified investment.

From one of my all time favorite restaurants in NYC. The recipes are on the advanced side but worth the effort. Endive salad, summer squash and steak with taleggio are some of my go-to recipes.

Everything I’ve made from here has been delicious. Most of the recipes are uncomplicated and perfect for weeknight dinners. Also make for great leftovers. The Miso Pork Meatballs are my favorite, I make them allll the time.
