Bolognese Sauce Recipe

This sauce is even better the day after it’s made! We make it the night before having guests over, which is a fun hosting hack! Serve over fresh noodles with a big Caesar salad and some sort of chocolate to round it all out.

Take Out Supper Club

Its not a recipe but an idea… if this is a party with close friends and the goal is low stress time together, I highly recommend “Take Out Supper Club.” use it as an opportunity to order from a restaurant with a big menu you always wanted to sample, set the table with flowers, real plates and “silver”and just hang out :)

The Way Life Should Be, or Pasta with Lobster

This is a recipe that screams "summer" to me and there is truly nothing better than coming home after a long day on the water or (dreadfully) of work in the city and sitting down to THIS. The best part is that you can make most of this in advance, or outsource some of it (i.e. poaching the lobster)--it needs to sit in this gorgeous marinade for an hour or two so you can pull it together in the morning and then just make the pasta right before dinner. It's perfection.

Harvest Salad Everyone Will Ask You to Make Again

Phenomenal salad. My most repeated salad recipe by far. You can save time on prep by roasting sweet potatoes in advance. I usually add blackened chicken. The dressing is drinkable! Don’t skip the mint or goat cheese. Cut back on sugar by doing a raw walnut or pecan.

Beef & lentil bolognaise with cauliflower mash

High fibre! High protein! Hearty! Warming! Packed with loads of hidden healthy bits to trick toddlers (or yourself) into eating more veggies! Could easily be adapted to be vegetarian or vegan or dairy free or whatever you like. My recipe below (members only) <3

Alison Roman Pineapple Chicken

This is sooooo delicious and easy to make for a big group and you just add some white rice on the side and maybe a cucumber or celery salad to accompany it. It all gets thrown on a sheet pan so you can just toss the foil after and have minimal clean up. The chicken and pineapple get carmelized 😚 and it looks impressive but it’s easy and fairly inexpensive since ingredients are also minimal.
