Takes down the inflammation. You will start to feel better pretty quickly. Keep taking the max dose you can when you’re supposed to (don’t just take it once and hope you’re done). I game it so my last dose for the day falls a little before bedtime, then I can sleep through the night. This is the way.

Also key to take with acetaminophen, which helps ibuprofen be more effective.
