Hestan NanoBond® Titanium Stainless-Steel Skillet Fry Pan

I don't love the handle design and over-branding that Heston does, but they make excellent cookware and their NanoBond line cooks food really well. I'm planning to buy this pan rather than any kind of nonstick pan, because a high quality saute pan that's heated well will be nonstick, and will last forever without putting any toxic elements into your food. Let's re-embrace steel, and invest in better cookware!
