Snacking Cakes by Yossy Arefi
A baking book that I’ve nearly baked all the recipes from with many repeats. I get requests from people for the cakes from this book. Best part is majority are pretty simple mix and pours, and there’s recommendations with each recipe on how to mix it up.

This and Snacking Bakes are probably my two most used cookbooks. I think Snacking Bakes might be even better!!
