You’re welcome! You may need to remove the existing insole or footbed from your shoes or sneakers to make orthotics fit properly. I used a butter knife to gently pry them out of Converse and a pair of clogs.

My dad is a podiatrist and this is also his go to recommendation for OTC options. I have bad plantar fasciitis (genetic and other underlying health stuff) and I wear the inserts in my sneakers and blundstones. I also have the slippers for winter time in the house
