PowerStep Orthotics: Don’t give up on clogs or any favorite shoes or sneakers. I had plantar fasciitis for a really long time (fu flip flops) and clomped around in Hokas (including the slides for around the house) until it resolved. Then I saw an orthopedist on TikTok recommended this brand of orthotics. They have fits for a range of shoes styles and foot issues. I’ve been pain-free for over a year.

Dansko xp 2.0: I know “cute” is a strong term here but if you like wood clogs I’ll wager you could like these. Squishy and supportive. I do think the leather looks even better over time. There’s a reason medical pros and service folks wear them. I work on my feet full time, I reach for these most days of the week.

This is one of two shoes I rebought after my feet changed size postpartum.
