Use cold water bottles to help you sleep in summer: The summer gets hot as hell, which can make sleeping difficult. But no AC, no problem! Buy a pack of water bottles and keep in your fridge until they’re cold. When you go to bed, lay the cold bottles around yourself to regulate your body temperature and keep cool while you sleep.

90 second cold foot soak: My friend’s dad would time us soaking our feet in cold water in the tub for 90 seconds when we complained about the heat in the summer. He said all of the blood in your body passes through your feet in 90 seconds. I’m not going to fact check but it works!
