Maddy DeVita’a Rye Chocolate Chip Cookies

my go to chocolate chip cookie recipe. this is for you if you like not too sweet, nutty undertone, crispyish edges with gooier center. no cakey texture allowed. BUT, (and I’m telling you this is key), I only use UNSWEETENED baking chocolate for the chips. Imho anything else is too sweet in all chocolate chip cookies not just this one.
