Smitten Kitchen Chocolate Olive Oil Cake

Second this rec. A perfect cake. And ridiculously to throw together. Always use coffee! And sprinkle some flaky salt on the top.

This cake is easy to make and a complete show-stopper. Also,it's vegan (if you use dairy-free chocolate chips). You can make it with coffee or water- I always opt for coffee. It's moist, rich, and if I weren’t already in bed for the night I would go make this cake right now. You should make it, too.
