First of all, I’m so sorry you’re in the thick of it. Stupidly, the only way out is through, but this album was at the start of my relationship and helped me through to the bitter end. The arc of songs helped me heal and appreciate my magic, and now I listen with so much gratitude for it. I recommend listening to it daily for months on end, it’s very healing. And write daily!
