Sharon Salzberg. Period. I found her through her book Real Love and have since read three more of her books, and fully intend to work my way through everything she’s ever written. I’m also making my way through her nearly 300-episode podcast library. She introduced me to Buddhism and I’m very much still a fledgling Buddhist, but Sharon's work has shaped so much of the way I understand love, suffering, compassion, and my own mind.
