Pickathon

For a certain type of person (me), Pickathon is paradise. Don’t be misled by the name: it is a wildly genre expansive music festival. It can be mellow and kid friendly or a real party, depending on what you’re looking for/time of day/etc. They keep the ticket numbers down, so while you get all the good human joy and connection, there’s no claustrophobia. Food, stages, structures are all amazing. You can be a badass and camp or drive/Lyft like we do (so you can sleep well and be psyched to boogie the next day). Counting down the days until next year!
