Middle school friendship dynamics can be confusing and brutal. Instead of throwing a party, take your young Aquarius to a cool hotel. Eat girl dinner in bed and watch classic and more “mature” movies. Ours were The Breakfast Club and The Royal Tenenbaums. Bonus points for spa amenities, like the soaking pools at the Society Hotel in Bingen.
