Immersion blender!

It takes up less space than a big blender. It has so many use cases: single-serve-smoothies! it purees hot things right in the sauce pan!
It's easier to clean than a regular blender IMO: put water in a cup with soap and blend it. Then wipe off anything else with a sponge. (You can probably put it in the dishwasher but I don't have one of those)
