I’ve been a French press drinker for almost 20 years and for health reasons want to switch to filtered coffee, but don’t know where to start. Hario or Chemex? Is an AeroPress actually easy? Should I just get an automatic drip? Don’t even get me started on the filter options for each method… What is your favorite method for making filtered coffee and what do you love about it?
