Monty Don! A slow-paced, relaxing show that calms my nervous system and inspired me to start my first garden. There’s a channel on Roku that just plays past episodes and spin offs all hosted by Monty.

I love the show but I’ve never made it through a whole episode without dosing off

“Nothing sweeter than Monty and Ned having a cuddle. It’s the wholesome goodness that makes me feel like there’s hope left in the world.”
